HousingEcon.com, a housing and economic advisory firm for
institutional investors, developers, builders, and state and
local governments.
Bruce G. Willison is Dean Emeritus of the UCLA Anderson
School of Management.He currently is a director of Health Net, Inc.;
Move, Inc.; SunAmerica¹s annuity mutual fund complex; and
Grandpoint Bank, where he was a co-founder.
Gerard Hoberg is an Associate Professor of Finance at USC’s
Marshall School of Business. His academic research interests include
corporate finance transactions including IPOs and mergers, understanding
competition and industry busts in financial markets
